I am a National Certified Counselor and a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I received a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health and Filial/Play Therapy certification from Stetson University.  I use a variety of expressive arts therapy techniques and interventions, depending on what creates a comfortable and safe space for you.

It is my view that we are all creative people. You have the ability to create the life you want to live. We can work together to see if there is something you want to change. Expressing yourself through talk therapy is an excellent way to learn how to understand your way of thinking in an accepting atmosphere. Working with expressive arts techniques, you can safely approach feelings that may otherwise be difficult to verbalize. Let's see what works for you!
